In normal circumstances we would warmly shake hands with customers, but you will understand if our technicians keep a respectful distance. And for the time being, all traditionally face-to-face interactions can be maintained electronically. Including, Presentations, Inspections, Documentation, Signatures, Billing, Etc.
2. SANITIZER / GLOVES / SHOE COVERS IN YOUR HOME:
You can be reassured that our professional technicians have been trained to sanitize before arriving, during and after leaving your home. Mask availability will depend on them being available to purchase.
3. CLEANING WORK AREAS:
All work areas will be cleaned, and you will be shown the work areas so you have the choice to re-sanitize them yourself. Many services take place outdoors in any case.
4. NO TECHNICIANS THAT HAVE TRAVELED:
None of our technicians have traveled internationally in the last 14 days to any hot spots. Like all workplaces, anyone unwell is told not to work.
5. YOU ARE IN CHARGE:
If you have any requirements that would make you feel more comfortable, we will adhere to them. It is your home and family, and we will act accordingly to reassure you.
